December 14, 2014 Primmer Selects Brandthropology for Branding Work
Primmer (formerly Primmer, Piper, Eggleston & Cramer) called us recently and asked that we help them refine their value proposition and increase the competitiveness of their brand and marketing efforts more broadly. We’re starting the process of conducting our traditional homework, which includes reviewing their existing marketing materials and conducting internal and external interviews in the markets where they are present. The law firm, Vermont’s second largest, has offices in Burlington, Montpelier, as well as three offices in New Hampshire (Manchester, Littleton, and Portsmouth). One of the interesting challenges we found in working with law firms is the extent to which the branding process needs to embrace the overall firm, the individual offices, the multiple practice areas the firm specializes in, and the individual lawyers that work within the firm. Our experience in orchestrating intelligent brand architectures will be helpful as we look to meet this challenge. Following the branding work, which will happen throughout spring, we will be looking to quickly revise their website with an updated skin, improved conversion funneling and responsive design.
